The Theater is a 45x50' auditorium with a 220 seat capacity or 100 seated at 5' rounds (not provided). This proscenium Theater has hosted community events for over 120 years with its historic raked stage, drapery and dressing rooms. This space is ideal for speakers, plays, concerts and films etc. Rate: $300/hr; four hour minimum with one hour set-up and one half hour of break-down at no additional charge. Black Box Theatre
The Black Box Theatre seats 75 people in rows or 50 people in the round. This space offers basic sound equipment and dimmable theater lights. Courtyard
The courtyard is a 30x50’ outdoor space adjacent to the newly remodeled CSPS Hall. Perfect for small parties, this space is hidden from third street and includes basic sound equipment. Rate: $100/hr.
Bar & Lounge
The CSPS lounge is a 30x45’ room with a 30’ historically restored bar. This room features an ornamental tin ceiling and plank floor providing a convivial gathering space perfect for clubs, parties or other social events for 50-75 people.
Rate: $125/hr with a two hour minimum and bar service included

Conference Room
Our Conference Room is a 20x25' carpeted space on the second floor of our building with a private entrance. This space is suitable for board meetings, retreats, seminars, job interviews and video conferencing with small groups. Rate: $25/hr.
