Spring has arrived! To celebrate, CSPS is presently seeking artists to participate in “Vol de Fleurs,” a group art show inspired by all things living and leafy.
Submission Deadline: April 28
Show Dates: May 1 – May 24
Opening Reception: May 8 @ 5:30 PM
Thank you for your interest in participating on the CSPS Vol De Fleurs Group Show! Please read the below rules and information carefully before making your submission. Failure to adhere to any of the expectations listed below will result in the immediate disqualification of your submission.
Submission Deadline: April 28, 2026
Due to space limitations, we can only accept one piece per artist. While we love collaborative work, this restriction is necessary for hanging purposes. Please submit only a single piece that fits within the size guidelines.
Due to space limitations and to ensure opportunity for all artists, pieces are limited to 24"x18" or similar size. (No collections/triptychs). Please contact visualarts@cspshall.org regarding any unique dimension or 3-dimensional pieces.
CSPS will install all artwork and strongly prefers pieces to be wired for hanging. Please ensure your work is properly prepared with wire or can be wired upon arrival. Unframed 2D work must be suitably structured for display; otherwise, it will not be accepted for hanging. All 3D work must be approved in advance to ensure appropriate display accommodations are available. Final decisions regarding display and installation are at the sole discretion of CSPS
Artists agree to allow CSPS to use images of their work for marketing and promotional purposes related to this exhibition and general CSPS programming. Where possible, CSPS will make a good-faith effort to share materials with artists prior to widespread distribution.
You may choose to offer your piece for sale or display only. If your work is not for sale, please mark it as NFS. If you choose to offer your artwork for sale, please note that all art sales are final. Sales will be processed directly by CSPS. Artists will receive a 70/30 split, with 70% of the sales price to the artist and 30% to be retained by CSPS.
Artist checks will be sent to the legal name and address provided. Please ensure this information is accurate to allow for smooth payment. It will not be verified again prior to sending out the check.
Purchased artwork will be picked up by the buyer at the end of the exhibition. Buyers will be contacted via email with pickup details. Unsold artwork will be available for artist pickup at the conclusion of the show.
Artists are responsible for delivering and picking up their artwork. All artwork must be delivered to CSPS Hall, and all required information must be submitted via email, by April 28, 2026 to ensure proper and timely installation.
This deadline applies to all artists unless prior arrangements have been made with CSPS.
All unsold artwork must be picked up by July 1, 2026. Any work not collected by this date will be considered abandoned and will become the property of CSPS due to storage limitations. This policy does not apply to sold artwork, which will be picked up by the buyer.
