The 24 Hour PLay Festival

WRITE. ACT. WATCH.

What happens when you give a group of creative people just 24 hours to make theatre? Come find out!

Rich Heritage of Cedar Rapids Theatre Company presents the 24 Hour Play Festival, an original play event where writers, directors, and actors come together to create and perform brand new plays, all within 24 hours. From the first idea to the final curtain, they'll write scripts, rehearse scenes, and bring their stories to life while the clock keeps ticking. Join us for an evening of creativity, collaboration, and surprises as you watch what can happen when imagination meets a deadline. Support local theatre and experience new work created just for this event!
